You can contact individuals within business lists we supply by direct mail, email and telephone when a ‘legitimate interest’ (one of the six lawful bases under GDPR) is satisfied and not outweighed by the recipient’s interests, rights or freedoms. We provide a data usage agreement to explain this in detail. We do not supply private email addresses and unincorporated businesses (e.g. sole traders and partners) as they are classed as consumers rather than businesses.
